After more than a decade, the NatWest pigs are coming out
of retirement as part of a new NatWest Savings & Investments
Free Prize Draw. The free prize draw, launched today, is offering
savings customers the chance to win up to £10,000 and
a limited edition Golden NatWest pig.
From today, until 14th April, customers opening a new savings
account or taking out an investment product with NatWest will
automatically be entered into a free prize draw. Over 100 winners
will be drawn and each will receive a cash prize of between
£100 and £10,000. In addition, each lucky winner
will be awarded an exclusive, limited edition Golden NatWest
Woody Pig.
To accompany the free prize draw NatWest has launched a new
5% tier on its Mini Cash ISA (interest paid monthly). For customers
looking to make the most of their tax efficient savings the
new tier, for balances of £25,000 upwards, will pay 5.0%AER
and with NatWests hassle-free cash ISA transfer service
its simple for customers to transfer their cash ISA to NatWest
and start benefiting from this high rate. NatWest has also launched
a new Guaranteed Capital Bond which has returns linked to the
FTSE 100TM performance. At the end of the six-year term customers
are guaranteed a return of either 114% of their original investment
or 50% of any growth in the FTSE 100TM, whichever is the greater.
