Staff at pottery manufacturer retailer Wade have signed up to a new company-funded healthcare policy. The 240 strong workforce at Burslem based Wade and their families can maintain their own health and wellbeing with the new policy that offers cash towards the cost of everyday essential healthcare treatments.

A wide variety of treatments are covered including dental, optical and physiotherapy along with stress-relieving complementary therapies such as acupuncture, reflexology and osteopathy. Strategic health management tools such as specialist consultations are included and a 24-hour confidential counselling helpline is also available.

Wade Ceramics personnel officer Marie Evans said: "Our employees are very important to us and providing this policy from HealthSure allows us to give something back and invest in their future health and wellbeing.
