The Stoke-based company is highlighting membership of its collector club as the perfect gift this Christmas as every person who enrols a friend will receive the added bonus of a free and highly collectable figure for their own collection.

Collectors should note that this figure, a teddy bear called Ruffles, is not available for purchase - making this gift even more valuable. He is already sought after, commanding high prices in the secondary market.

Ruffles is one of a limited number of "enrol a friend" items ever offered by The Official International Wade Ceramics Collector Club since it was established back in 1994. The only previous gift is a seal whimsie now worth up to £30 in the secondary market.
