Commissioned Moneyboxes
Mark and Spencer commissioned Wade to produce a bear moneybox for their department store. Originally the bear was filled with chocolate coins. The moneybox is unmarked. This same mold was later produced in white, pink and blue colorways and was used for retail sale in the Wade Factory Shop and also for the Teddy Bear Picnic. Another was produced for the Christamas Extravaganza. See these other colorways in the Teddy Bears Moneybox section.
