Fred's Moneybox was offered on a time limited basis. All orders received by the end of Jan 2004 would then be made and set the edition size. Due to the licensing requirements of Homepride Fred, no orders could be shipped out of the UK.

25 models were also proded with a gold £1 coin. A few were sold and used for prizes and promotion.
