Once again you will see anything NatWest covered in gold spray paint! There are supposedly only around 5 Lady Hillary pieces produced in gold leaf. With the gold leaf model being this rare, they would never come up for sale on an auction site - let alone 3 in the same year! The pieces do not even look like gold leaf but like 24kt gold spray paint.
